The securities or stock market is full of opportunities but investors may potentially risk losing their capital. This presentation helps novice and experienced investors better understand and navigate the world of investments. The presentation will cover the following areas:

Speaker's Profile:
Chua I-Min, CFA
Chua I-Min, CFA is currently Associate Director & Chief Operating Officer A.B. Maximus & Co Pte Ltd, a training and consultancy company specializing in finance and investment subjects. He was formerly with PhillipCapital Group as an Investment Manager for the company’s real estate fund that invests in Tokyo residential properties. In this position, he was also involved in various research projects on Singapore property market and Japanese REITs.
Before joining PhillipCapital, I-Min spent 3.5 years in China mostly with Capitaland China Holdings. He contributed to the company by spearheading into a new city, Foshan, through acquiring 3 plots of residential land. He had participated in various due diligence exercises on Pre-IPO real estate companies on behalf of mezzanine investors. Prior to that, he underwent an immersion programme sponsored by Singapore Ministry of Trade and Industry. In which, he was attached to a Chinese company to help them list on Singapore Stock Exchange. I-Min started his career with Economic Development Board of Singapore as a Senior Corporate Audit Officer.
He is a CFA charterholder and has a Bachelor of Business Administration with honors (2nd Upper) from the National University of Singapore.

Changes:

Cancellation and Transfer Policy:
Cancellation for a registration must be made in writing at least 10 business days before the event and a refund (less a 10% administrative fee of total course fee) will be made. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 10 business days prior to the event. All requests for replacement must be made in writing at least 3 business days prior to the event.
