Noel Neo, M.Sc., CFA

Noel Neo, M.Sc., CFA is the founder and advisor to K Hotel Advisors and REIT AsiaPac Media. He concurrently leads on Singapore’s Stewardship Principal for Responsible Investors with Stewardship Asia Centre, a unit funded by Temasek. Noel’s expertise spans private and public real estate markets, inclusive of stints in private equity, mutual funds and hedge funds, all focused on the Asia Pacific property sector.
He runs a family office invested in developers and REITs across Asia Pacific and is a seed investor into K Hotel, a hospitality operator. K Hotel Advisors is an arm of K Hotel that does sales and leaseback.

Noel placed in the Dean’s List for the Master’s in Applied Finance program at Singapore Management University and is an active CFA charter holder.
