Analysing Stocks from the Basics to Beyond
This short seminar is aimed at providing a quick overview of a structured methodology for assessing listed equities. This methodology was developed by the speaker after his 13 years in the equities research career and has since been refined and taught to well over 500 analysts, fund managers and investment enthusiasts/students.
At the end of the seminar, he will present an example case study that was shared in a previous class and discuss how the analytical framework can be updated to address present day issues facing the company, and therefore, the stock prices.
Participants are welcome to bring questions that they may have on investment topics and, time permitting, the speaker will address them using the framework, if possible. The speaker will also provide a brief explanation of his upcoming 12-hour workshop, which aims to bring budding analysts and investment enthusiasts beyond the typical investment textbooks.
This is a preview class for the Research Talent Training Programme: Module 2 – Equities Analysis Workshop: A Practical Approach to Modelling and Valuation.
