Allen Cheong

Allen Cheong is a seasoned capital markets and corporate finance professional with over 25 years of experience spanning investment banking, equity capital markets, and ESG advisory. He had worked in leading financial institutions including DBS Bank, OCBC and Daiwa Capital Markets and completed deals from diverse sectors ranging from healthcare, real estate, consumer, industrials to technology.

Currently, Allen is the Managing Director of Kai Asia Advisors where he provides consultancy to business owners and corporates on IPO readiness, growth strategies, and sustainability. He is actively involved in speaking, training and education, having delivered courses and masterclasses in investments, corporate finance, and sustainable finance across universities, CFA Society Singapore, and corporate training platforms.

Allen holds multiple professional designations including Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA) and Accredited Director (MSID-AD) from the Singapore Institute of Directors.
